Comcast Copies Hulu for Streaming Video with Fancast

By Jon Henshaw

Update: Actually I was mistaken. In a weird user flow, they originally sent me to Fancast, which was obviously confusing to me. They have since sent me another email message with a direct link to their beta versions for TBS and TNT. This is what their streaming video page look like.

In a stroke of unimaginative laziness, Comcast launched their new video streaming service Fancast, which looks very, very familiar to Hulu. So familiar in fact, at first I thought they had rebranded Hulu’s site.
